Liability for Content

In accordance with sec. 14 paragraph 1 TMG (German Telemedia Act) as service providers IMC is responsible for its own content on the websites of the Go-Lab Ecosystem according to general legislation. However, according to sections 8 – 10 TMG (German Telemedia Act) service providers are not obliged to monitor the external information communicated or stored by them or to enquire after the circumstances that suggest an illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to the general laws are not affected hereby. Any liability in this respect however, will only be possible from the moment a specific offence is known. Upon relevant offences becoming known, IMC will immediately remove the offending content.

Liability for Links

The Go-Lab Ecosystem contains links to the external websites of third parties, over whose content IMC has no influence. For this reason, IMC is unable to accept any warranty for this extrinsic content. The particular supplier or website operator is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages have been checked for possible legal violations at the time they were linked. Illegal content was not in evidence at this time. Permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is unreasonable, however, without concrete evidence of a legal violation. Upon legal violations becoming known, IMC will immediately remove links of this type.
